山葵鮑比空手道館連鎖最差的一家道館，就是由魯?shù)侠蠋煟⊿ensei Rudy，Jason Earles飾）經(jīng)營的這家山葵鮑比武術(shù)學(xué)校了。為了提升道館形象，拯救道館命運(yùn)，在道館學(xué)習(xí)的這些邊緣學(xué)生們把剛轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)來的新生杰克（Jack，Leo Howard飾）拉進(jìn)了道館。而杰克恰巧得到過他爺爺?shù)恼鎮(zhèn)鳎Ψ蚋邚?qiáng)。杰克與新加入的女生金（Kim Crawford，Olivia Holt飾）以及山葵道館忠實(shí)的學(xué)員們一起歡樂地習(xí)武強(qiáng)身，同時(shí)也要不時(shí)共同解決一些成長難題。該劇由《漢娜·蒙塔娜》(Hannah Montana)中的滑稽主演Jason Earles和迪士尼新星Leo Howard領(lǐng)銜，是迪士尼XD頻道2011年主打的情景喜劇。
